HOW TO WAKE UP SUCCESSFULLY
WAKE UP WITH EXERCISE-1 Tim 4:8
This is simply how to program your day and physical fitness is a major necessity in determining the success or otherwise of your day however people pay less attention to it. Remember waking up is a gift waking up successfully is a skill. Our focal scripture says bodily exercise profits little, friend! that little cannot be discarded.
A lot of times people wake up with various complains, body weakness, back pain,side ache and all such thing, the body like a car that has been parked for some time needs to be warmed or exercised before you put it expressly to the days work and get it running up and down, i do a little exercise every morning, it stretches my body, relaxes my muscle and i am for for the day.
Having slept for about six to eight hours the body now well rested a major adjustment is needed when you wake up and exercise helps you jump start your day , it jump starts your metabolism and keeps it elevated for hours, you will also feel energized for the day, it also regulates your appetite for the day such that you will not be as hungry and then you make better food choices.
Now is the time for you to start waking up powerfully with values and programs. Don't ever become too spiritual to forget your physical body, the day your physical body gets tired, it ties down your spirit man no matter how active it is. it is a blessed day for you.
